Our ROV manufacturing philosophy is based on a modular approach. All of our ROV systems are designed to a high standard, with a very comprehensive specification using only the best ROV components. Our systems are optimized for future upgrade capability. All of our systems use National Instruments Re-configurable Input/Output control technology, for reliability, availability & longevity. OEM ROV manufacturing, or OEM ROV component manufacturing, design variations & bespoke design & manufacturing services are also available. We offer 4 models of ROV:-

‘Qube'
Affordable , mini ROV with symetrical thrust & viewing capabilities designed primarily for the homeland security & leisure markets, the Qube is compact, lightweight and air transportable.
REMOTE INTERVENTION TOOLING
We offer remote intervention tooling both for sale & also a tooling rental service on specific items such as hydraulic cutters, HID lights & also special ROV components such as compensators, cameras & pan & tilt units – details are available upon request. Please inquire using our contacts page for tooling rental prices & availability.
Hydraulic cutters are available for wire, from 1” to 4” diameter. We also do a range of hydraulic cutters for cable (telecom's) & soft line from 1” to 3”. Other tools include; Chop saws, hot stabs, jetting pumps, dredge pumps, borehole cameras. Trencher , Plough & Diving bell HID lights systems & diver work site ‘flood’ HID lights systems.
We are the licensed agents & OEM manufacturers for the ‘Gasket Insertion Tool’ range of pipeline flange assembly tools. These include a range of flange assembly tools for pipelines from from 4” to 46” diameter. Flange assembly tools such as Gasket Insertion Tools, flange catchers, flange ‘pull in’ accessories, podgers, hydraulic flange splitters & metrology jigs are available for sale to order or flange tooling rentals may be possible on selected items. Bespoke designs are also possible for: ballasting skids, tooling skids, jetting skids, trenching skids & winch pull in skids.
SUBMERSIBLE MOTORS & PUMPS
We offer a wide range of electric submersible motors & matched hydraulic & water pumps: We have our own models which are drop in replacements for most of the popular models in use today. We can supply: ROV HPU submersible motors from 30kW to 150kW, trenching HPU submersible motors from 100kW to 400kW, trenching jetting pumps, plough HPU submersible motors, plough jetting pump sets, turbine & centrifugal water pumps, hydraulic pumps, Rexroth A7 & A10 series, Sauer 90 series & Kawasaki KV3 series.
We also offer an extensive range of ROV components for; ROVs, trenchers & ploughs: DC thrusters, compensators, HID lights, halogen lights, control systems, valve packs, electrical junction boxes, pods, pan & tilts. We also offer AC thrusters as direct replacements to existing DC thrusters from 1kW to 50kW in size – all enquiries are welcomed.
ELECTRONIC SOFT STARTS & VARIABLE SPEED, MOTOR CONTROL SYSTEMS
A large part of our business is the design, manufacture & installation of inverter based, variable speed motor drive systems ,used with commercial fishing pumps, DC thrusters replacement, subsea winch drives, subsea trenchers, jetting pumps, surface umbilical winches. Soft starts, HVTUs, isolation transformers, induction , capacitance & line filtration components are also available.
SUBMARINES
We offer bespoke designs for new manned submarines for, tourism, research submarines & military applications, from 2 to 50 passengers capacity. Manned submarines refits, upgrades & retrofits are also possible. We presently have one military application build underway. We have retro-fitted several submarine DC Thrusters systems with our own in house design AC thruster system with great success.
